RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The following items are NOT eligible for a return:
• Customised or personalised orders
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer (see Section 6)
• Exchanged items
Printed shirts may be exchanged or refunded with store credit only — they are not eligible for a cash/card refund.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, contact us at lnufkwkkyd@hotmail.com
with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may be sent to the wrong address and cannot be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 10 working days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate
• You have 24 hours from placing your order to cancel or amend it before it is processed
5. EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return your original item and once accepted, contact us to create a new order for the correct size or item. Alternatively, we can raise a new order directly for you.
Please note: exchanged items are not eligible for further returns, so please ensure sizing is correct before requesting an exchange.
6. SALE & PROMOTIONAL ORDERS
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount will be refunded at the adjusted price paid. If a return reduces your order value below a discount threshold (e.g. 20% off orders over £50), the discount will be removed and the refund will reflect the original pre-discount price.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lnufkwkkyd@hotmail.com
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. LOST ORDERS
Occasionally orders are lost by couriers, which is outside of our control. We will class an order as lost if it has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch, at which point we will offer a resend or full refund.
