Shipping policy
1. FREE SHIPPING
We provide free delivery on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend required.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We currently offer one standard delivery option:
• Processing time: 4-7 business days after payment confirmation
• Transit time: 10-18 business days
Please note: transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly for regions outside of Europe and North America, particularly during peak seasons.
3. WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Orders are fulfilled from various warehouses across the European Union. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse best placed to reach your delivery address.
4. SHIPPING CARRIER
We ship via Royal Mail and DHL. The carrier is selected based on your destination and package weight.
5. ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS
You have 24 hours from placing your order to request a modification, address change, or cancellation. After this period your order will have entered processing and changes can no longer be made.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time here:

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us within 24 hours at lnufkwkkyd@hotmail.com
We cannot be held responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. In such cases, the cost to reship the package will be charged to the customer.
We are also not liable for failed deliveries where the recipient was not available at the time of delivery.
In rare instances, logistical delays can affect our delivery timelines. While we always strive for smooth delivery, some situations are outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 18 business days of dispatch, please contact us at lnufkwkkyd@hotmail.com
and we will investigate.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We will class an order as lost if it has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at lnufkwkkyd@hotmail.com
and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will offer a resend or full refund.
